Like every mortal, I also dream. However, much like Bernard’s words, I like to test the strength of my will by doing what I believe. And, to see my dreams opening eyes to the light of reality, I set up effective measures that are executable and practically realizable.

In starting up Pharos Infotech, I dreamt of setting up India’s first Bulletin Board service (LiveWire BBS) with e-mail facility - a never-achieved system in India until that time. By Sampatti.com, the second of my three initiatives and first of its kind real estate web directory in India, I thought of making an interactive platform that brings together real estate specialists and allied businesses together.

I am highly satisfied, to say the least, that both ventures are known for their individual successes.

Synapse Communications Pvt. Ltd, the third and my latest venture, carries my biggest dream so far. I want to see it being counted amongst the very best in the industry – across every vertical that it serves.

To make it materialized, I am bringing in the best in every possible way. Be it in the shape of installing the best of the lot technological measures, obtaining certification of best practices from industry leaders, or recruiting professionals with proven record of excellence, I am doing everything that can make me see another dream of mine come true.

If getting affiliation to Nasscom, FICCI, attaining Microsoft Gold Standard, and the latest CMMi Level 3 certification are some of the signs of better things to come, I know that many more good things are just waiting to happen.

I must remind all of my team members and stakeholders who have toiled with me that the time is beckoning us to dream bigger.
